You can return your order by exercising your legal right of revocation or within the framework of our voluntary return guarantee within 1 month after receipt of the goods. For details please refer to our GTC. Of course you should try and test the bag to see if you like it. However, please make sure that the bag has been properly stored before returning it. This means that the bag has not been damaged, squashed, soiled, altered or worn. All labels should still be attached to the bag. If the returned goods are no longer in the appropriate condition described above, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return.
Please note our subsequent return process so that we can guarantee a quick and smooth processing of the return:
Please pack the product back as you received it in its original cotton bag or protective cover and put it in the original shipping carton.
Please fill out the return slip completely and put it with the product in the original shipping carton.
Send us a short info about the return request by e-mail to info(at)manbefair.com. We will then send you a return label.
Please note, for select orders, please indicate which product you would like to return so that we can generate the return label with the correct weight information.
Paste the shipping label on the parcel and give it to the postman or bring it to the nearest post office. Please make sure that the old shipping label is pasted over or made unrecognisable (e.g. with a black pen.)
Please keep the receipt for the return of the parcel, as this serves as proof for your return.
manbefair.com will immediately refund the invoice amount after processing your return. The method of refund depends on the payment method you choose, i.e.
if you paid via PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account,
has you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card,
has you paid by prepayment or direct bank transfer, the refund will be made to your bank account.

If you do not like the bag, you can return it in new condition within 30 days. As soon as we receive the goods, we will process the return as soon as possible and refund the purchase price. Please complete the return slip completely and put it with the product in the original shipping carton.
Please understand that we are currently unable to cover the return costs from outside Germany.
